Compensation:  Pay per delivery

Location:  Las Vegas, Nevada (with regular long-distance driving outside the general vicinity of the Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City areas)

JOB SUMMARY : We are seeking a highly dependable, motivated, and professionally mature Part-Time Delivery Driver for a long-term opportunity.  In this role, you will be responsible for the secure, time-sensitive delivery of pharmaceutical products to hospice care patients, private residential homes, and care facilities.

Because you are delivering critical medical supplies to vulnerable individuals, this position requires an exceptional level of professional maturity, strong attention to detail, and a respectful demeanor dedicated to high-quality customer service.  This position is initially part-time, but for the right individual, it has the distinct potential to develop into a long-term, full-time opportunity based on performance and operational needs.

 

No relocation assistance.  This is a part-time delivery role.  We are only evaluating candidates who currently possess a valid Nevada driver’s license and an established driving history in the local area.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS : Medical needs are unpredictable, meaning this position requires maximum flexibility.  We need an individual who can be called upon to work a variety of shifts as needed, including:

• Days and evenings
• Overnights
• Weekends and holidays

ABSOLUTE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience:  Verifiable prior experience as a professional, commercial, or fleet delivery driver. Candidates without professional driving history will not be considered.  Position could be well-suited for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, and other similar delivery drivers.

Vehicle Requirements:  A highly reliable personal vehicle; if no back-up vehicle you must be able to personally rent a car if your primary vehicle becomes unavailable.

Technology & Literacy:  Must own a reliable smartphone capable of downloading, operating, and maintaining our required delivery app.  Basic computer and mobile app experience is required.

Responsiveness:  Must remain fully reachable by phone call and text message at all times while performing services.

Documentation:  A current, Nevada valid driver’s license, a recent official driver’s report (MVR), and proof of your own active auto insurance coverage.

Background & Screening:  Must be willing to submit to a background check; as well as random drug testing.

Geography:  Must be fully comfortable and experienced with driving long distances outside the general vicinity Las Vegas area (for example, to Pahrump, Nevada or to Mesquite, Nevada).

Professional Appearance, Attitude & Customer Service:  You represent our business when delivering to medical facilities and private homes.  A clean appearance, a respectful attitude, and a commitment to high-quality, empathetic customer service are strictly required.

Independence & Time Management:  Ability to work entirely unsupervised, manage your time effectively, and meet strict delivery windows.

Strong Attention to Detail:  Rigorous commitment to accuracy in managing sensitive pharmaceutical deliveries, documentation, and safety protocols.

 

Key Responsibilities: (a) transport and safely deliver pharmaceutical shipments to private residences, hospice patients, and care homes; (b) maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all professional delivery protocols; and (c) navigate long-distance routes outside the Las Vegas area efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
