divh2Experienced RN (Registered Nurse) Needed/h2pEnliven is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in Denver and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, cool-tempered, and capable of handling emergent situations. They must follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patients well-being by providing high-quality nursing care./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliComplete daily electronic forms for each assigned patient within a secure Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System./liliProvide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients./liliAdminister ongoing care/infusions for each patient, and provide necessary follow-up as directed by the Physician and Clinical Manager./liliConfer with physicians and pharmacies to develop the initial treatment plan based on the physicians orders and the initial patient assessment./liliProvide hands-on care, management, and evaluation of the care plan and teaching of the patient under a physician based on ongoing assessments and as required by policy/regulation./liliReport patient care, conditions, and progress to the patients physician, pharmacy, and Clinical Manager continuously./liliImplement patient care plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems./liliDischarge patients after consultation with the physician and Clinical Manager, preparing and completing needed clinical documentation./liliPrepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes./liliPrepare visit/shift reports, update/summarize patient records, and confer with other healthcare disciplines to provide optimal patient care./li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliFlexible schedule/liliTravel reimbursement/liliRN Referral Program/li/ulh3Schedule/h3ulliVaries (day/evening/weekday/weekend)/li/ulh3Pay/h3ulli$50 per hour/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliBackground check required/liliMalpractice insurance required/liliDrug screen required/liliAssociate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Minimum of five years of nursing experience preferred in an Acute Care setting/liliStrong Med/Surg, ICU, ER, acute experience/liliHome Health/Infusion experience (not required, but preferred)/liliCurrent CPR/Basic Life Support certifications (BLS) required/liliAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (preferred)/liliSkilled in accessing Implanted Ports; Central Lines; PICC lines/liliStrong IV placement skills/liliStrong organizational and communication skills/liliPreferably COVID-19 Vaccinated (some pharmacy partners patients require a vaccinated nurse)/li/ul/div
