Integr8staff seeks a Payroll Administrator in Fullerton, CA, working for a logistics, trucking and supply chain management company with a workforce of over 300 employees. Responsibilities include gathering information on hours worked for each employee, calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system, receiving approval from management for timekeeping and payroll functions, keeping track of hour rates, wages, compensation rates, new hire information etc., addressing issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and leadership, overseeing/processing salary changes, vacation and sick time, benefits, leave of absence, terminations, collecting/verifying Payroll Change Authorization Forms, assisting in audit activities, responding to payroll inquiries from employees in a timely manner, analyzing payroll issues and recommending corrective actions, ensuring employee payroll processing follows federal and state laws, and preparing reports for management, finance department etc. weekly or as needed.

Requirements include minimum of 5-years of payroll administration and processing experience, experience in multistate, time and attendance, ability to process payroll for 300+ workers, ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel is a MUST, very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of CA labor laws, solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices, high school graduate or equivalent, bilingual Spanish required, logistics, trucking or transportation industry experience preferred, certified payroll experience a plus.
