Who we are looking for: An Outpatient Mental Health Therapist for primary evenings and weekends! Responsibilities And Duties Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnoses, plan reviews, and case notes per company policy. Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week (typically scheduling 30); part‑time positions meet 15 sessions per week. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in the community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Other meaningful duties as required. Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution. Pennsylvania‑issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW; LAPC and LSW accepted). Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
