Join a team advancing cutting-edge oligonucleotide manufacturing technologies.Proclinical is seeking an Associate Scientist II will join the CMC - DS Process Development Group at our client's facility in the US.Primary Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be supporting process development efforts to incorporate novel chemistries into the manufacturing platform. Skills & Requirements:Required: BS in Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringProcess development experience/backgroundStrong analytical chemistry background and hands-on laboratory experienceChemistry background with experience running analytical testing, particularly LC/HPLCUnderstanding of analytical techniques such as pH, Osmolality, Conductivity, HPLC, and LC-MSStrong laboratory documentation and record-keeping practicesKnowledge of oligonucleotide manufacturing, including: Phosphoramidite chemistry, Chromatography, and UltrafiltrationExperience with relevant analytical testing software, e.g., Agilent and UNICORN laboratory softwareThe Associate Scientist's responsibilities will be:Support oligonucleotide synthesis method development, optimization, and scale-upSupport downstream processing method developmentExecute in-process analytical testingPartner with research and process scientists to develop robust processes for novel chemistriesMaintain strong laboratory documentation and record-keepingMaintain a safe, clean, and orderly laboratory environmentAssist with routine laboratory and equipment maintenanceIf you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Shannon Briggs at View email address on click.appcast.io you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.
