Registered Nurse - Rehab

Schedule

Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Assignment Details

Patient ratios: 1:7. Float to Long-term acute care or other units may be required.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience preferred
• ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required
• Travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Emphasize patient safety, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care.
• Involve family members in the recovery process and provide education.
