Role Description The Claims Adjuster role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hampton, GA. In this role, the Claims Adjuster reviews, investigates, and evaluates claims related to bail bond obligations, insurance coverage, and property damage. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing documentation, interviewing relevant parties, determining liability, and recommending settlements or claim resolutions in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Claims Adjuster will work closely with internal teams, agents, and external partners to ensure timely, accurate processing of claims and clear communication with all stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, monitoring claim statuses, and contributing to continuous improvement of claims procedures. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Claims Handling and Claims Management, including evaluating claim validity and determining appropriate resolutions. Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims, with the ability to interpret policy language and coverage parameters. Candidates should possess experience with Property Damage assessment and documentation relevant to claims decisions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, agents, and external partners. Ability to work on-site in Hampton, GA, manage multiple claims simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with legal or bail bonding processes is beneficial; prior experience in insurance, surety, or related fields is preferred.
