You'll handle a range of tasks, from system updates to project work, playing a critical role in maintaining our high standards of IT service. The System Administrator should have at least 1 year of MSP experience.System Administrator Responsibilities:Implement, maintain, and document Microsoft server environments, including customer line of business applications.Install software releases and updates for client environments.Implement and maintain on-premises Hyper-V/VMware virtual environments.Configure, install, and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and networking components.Collaborate with peers on both client support and projects.Participate in after hours, on-call rotation for high severity incidents.Field calls from clients and provide end-user support as needed.Uphold customer service standards and attention to detail through all duties.Investigate and evaluate the viability of new and emerging technologies for customer environments.Act as a liaison between vendors and customers.Communicate effectively with customers to deliver a positive support experience.Manage multiple customer technology environments.System Administrator Technology Experience:Windows Server and Active Directory.Microsoft 365 – Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams.Experience with PSA/Ticketing system and RMM tools.Working knowledge of various security compliance (CJIS, HIPAA etc.).Working knowledge of various hypervisors – VMware, HyperV.Network administration (SonicWALL and Meraki)System Administrator Benefits:100% Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with 4% match15 days PTOCertification ReimbursementOngoing Paid TrainingMileage Reimbursement Bowman Williams
