Compensation Expected hourly pay rate is $20.00 – $22.00 Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English Assist customers with questions related to products, services, and processes Address customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service Document customer interactions accurately Stay up to date on products, services, and internal procedures Meet established service, quality, and productivity standards Work closely with team members and leadership to support overall service goals Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Six months to one year of customer service or contact centre experience is preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and applications Dependable, professional, and customer-focused Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be available to work onsite in Mesa, AZ 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Sunday to Saturday Criminal background check is required At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
