Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid Recruiter role based in Atlanta, GA, with opportunities for some remote work. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging potential candidates using a variety of channels. Responsibilities Create job postings and source candidates via multiple channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Build strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs. Manage the recruitment process and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. Knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition methods, and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and decision‑making. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Knowledge of or experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus.
