What Youll Be Doing
  • Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and develop personalized therapy plans aimed at achieving their functional objectives.
  • Implement Therapeutic Practices: Apply evidence-based interventions that enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside a cohesive group of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones in therapy techniques that facilitate ongoing progress beyond the clinic.
  • Track Progress and Document Achievements: Monitor clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on the right track.
What You Bring
  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license along with NBCOT certification.
  • A genuine passion for aiding individuals in achieving greater independence.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with compassion and empathy for those you treat.
  • A knack for creative problem-solving and adjusting plans to suit unique needs.
  • A strong ability to thrive both independently and within a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team.
