This remote position allows you to collaborate with a supportive educational team to tailor your impact to the needs and preferences of students across various age groups.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Georgia Educator Certification for Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
• Proven experience delivering TVI services virtually in school-based settings
• Comfortable with technology platforms for virtual instruction and documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including timely daily service logging
• Genuine commitment to empowering students with visual impairments

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support services to students with visual impairments through virtual platforms
• Customize instructional approach to meet individual student needs, working in coordination with other educators and families
• Complete required daily service logs, documenting progress and support provided
• Engage with administrators during the interview process to determine optimal caseload and student age group assignment based on your background and strengths
• Participate in planning and preparation days as needed before school starts and/or after it ends
