Seeking a Landscape Architect
Key Responsibilities:- Design high end residential landscape projects from concept through construction.
- Prepare site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading, drainage, and construction documents.
- Produce technical drawings requiring a professional landscape architect stamp.
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure design intent and resolve field issues.
- Present design concepts and guide clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate closely with construction and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop regional plant palettes and design documentation.
- Support team collaboration and contribute to the growth of the design department.
- 2+ years of experience as a licensed Landscape Architect or in the process of obtaining it.
- Experience with design build projects and construction administration.
- Strong background in high end residential landscape design.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, or similar rendering software.
- Strong client presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, grading plans, drainage plans, and technical specifications.
- Self motivated with excellent project ownership and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of regional plant materials and horticulture.
- Experience with residential design build firms.
- CLARB certification or eligibility.
