Position Title: CT,Xray,Dexa technologist Manager: Victoria Fore Dept: radiology Location: Williamsburg,KY Cost Center: 28046 Dayspring Health 1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. routine xray, routine dexa,routine CT with cardiac calcium scoring 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) GE 128 slice CT, Ge dexa, GE xray 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. CT,Dexa,Xray you will be working solo min 3 years 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) ARRT, BLS, kentucky radiation license 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) monday through Friday 8 to 5 lunch 12 to 1 you will be working alone 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) no 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. outpatient only at a small outpatient clinic 8. Dress Code: scrubs any color 9.
