• No non-compete, plus doctor-to-doctor mentorship, a 12-month early-career program, and an ownership pathway

• A collaborative, low-ego team of experienced DVMs with a dedicated hospital manager

• Recently renovated, modern facility with five exam rooms

• Surgical suites with blood pressure monitoring, dental suite and dental x-rays

• Full in-house diagnostics: digital x-rays, ultrasound, EKG, and IDEXX lab

ProSal Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $110,000–$150,000 plus production bonuses

• Up to $15,000 sign on bonus
