At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 a paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K) What makes Ivy different?
