Remote Executive Assistant & Client Intake Manager

Hawk Injury Law is seeking a remote Global Intake & Executive Administrative Assistant to support the principal attorney with calendar management, client intake, Clio workflows, and efficient office organization. The role focuses on professional client interactions, strong administrative support, and seamless operation of the firm’s processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of legal support experience in a U.S. firm, proficiency in Clio and MS Office 365, and excellent English communication.
