Deburring Specialist Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and executing deburring operations, interpreting blueprints, and performing critical quality inspections to ensure all finished parts meet precise specifications before moving to the next stage of production. Deburring Specialist Pay: $25/hour (Plymouth, MN)

Deburring Specialist Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm and Friday, 6am to 12pm (Mandatory OT)

Deburring Specialist Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience in deburring or precision manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, job travelers, and technical specifications.
• Experience with quality inspection tools and performing "First Article" or in-process inspections.
• Familiarity with job tracking/manufacturing software.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Deburring Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and interpret job travelers and blueprints to understand specific job operations and part requirements.
• Utilize job tracking software to accurately "punch in" and "punch out" of jobs daily.
• Set up deburring operations and submit parts for "First Article" inspection, running production only after approval is granted.
• Perform meticulous in-process inspections to verify parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
• Sharpen tools unassisted and maintain equipment as required.
• Record tooling usage and setup information on job inventory forms.
