Physical Therapist (DPT) - Full Time

MLR has exciting opportunities for Physical Therapists in multiple settings: inpatient, outpatient, and home care. Whether you prefer working in a clinical environment, a dynamic outpatient facility, or providing personalized care in clients' homes, we have the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercise programs to improve clients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Educate clients and their families on techniques to manage and prevent physical limitations.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in inpatient, outpatient, or home care settings (preferred for Home Care; new grads encouraged to apply for inpatient & outpatient).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
