Job Summary: StatStak, Inc. is a company that builds business software for sports professionals, aiming to transform outdated systems into modern solutions. They are seeking a Marketing Director to own and execute their marketing strategy, optimize PPC campaigns, and develop branding initiatives to elevate the company's presence in the market. Responsibilities: • Own and execute our marketing strategy across both technical and creative fronts. • Launch and optimize PPC campaigns, implement Google Tags, and keep our SEO dialed in to beat the competition for leads. • Overhaul and rebrand our existing company materials so they actually tell our story. • Manage social media, build landing pages, and grow an ambassador program. • Design in-person experiences for conferences and events that leave competitors looking like they showed up with a folding table and a Sharpie sign. • Create killer sales collateral that helps our sales team close more deals. • Develop strategic partnership programs that bring in high-value networks. Qualifications: Required: • A mix of tech chops (PPC, Google Tag Manager, SEO) and people skills (branding, partnerships, live events) • Comfort starting from scratch and building systems that scale • Hunger. We want someone who wants to run the marketing department for a startup that’s blowing up • The ability to learn fast, adapt faster, and never be precious about being 'right' if something’s not working • A love for sports, tech, and competing to win Company: We think sports training facilities should run their business how they want to, not how their gym software allows them to.
