Engage guests in the dining room through table visits; be confident yet open to asking for support. Buss the dining room area during peak volume periods; take pride in who you are and what you do. Ring orders accurately by using the point of sale; ensure accuracy and security in cash handling. Receive cash and credit card payments and issue receipts or change due to guests; responsible for overages and shortages, accuracy and security. Address guest needs and concerns as they relate to welcoming new members to the team. Be dependable and reliable. Preparation Communicating effectively and positively.
