$100,000–$115,000 + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Little Champs ABA is hiring an experienced BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Cottonwood Heights, Utah center as a Center Director .

This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful impact for children, families, and clinical teams.

What You’ll Do

As our BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst Center Director , you will provide clinical and operational leadership for the Cottonwood Heights center while supporting a strong culture of quality, teamwork, and growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA programming

• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members

• Ensure high-quality and ethical ABA services

• Support treatment planning and clinical decision-making

• Partner with parents and caregivers to provide an excellent family experience

• Lead staff development, training, and performance initiatives

• Maintain clinical quality and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with Little Champs ABA leadership on center performance and growth

• Create a positive, supportive, and accountable center culture

Qualifications include:

• Current BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification

• Ability to obtain and maintain required Utah licensure

• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to high-quality ABA

• Leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop clinical team members

• Collaborative and solutions-focused leadership style
