Overview: We are looking for individuals who are experienced in leasing residential properties, are passionate about customer service, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising Leasing Agents across assigned markets and ensuring they champion each of our homes in marketing from when they become ready to list through move-in.

The Role: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Set goals for Leasing Agents and periodically review performance per the Company's annual performance review process.
• Hold weekly meetings with Leasing Agents to review occupancy, prospects, listings, pricing, specials etc.
• Oversee and assist Leasing Agents in maintaining their prospect dashboard in online system ensuring impeccable accuracy
• Assist Leasing Agents on communication with prospects before and after self-tours and facilitate online portal set up and onboarding
• Meet weekly with Property Manager to review progress against KPIs
• For all homes in marketing:
• Create listings in our software and post/update homes to the MLS
• Confirm all have marketing photos and/or escalate if incomplete. Verify that no access issues exist
• Ensure all are properly published and syndicated to company approved/required 3rd party websites
• Maintain a high level of customer service and exhibit competency in all prospect/resident interactions i.e. by phone, email, in formal written communications, or in person
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws as well as company policies with regards to the leasing process
• Review lease documents are accurate and completed timely
• Other activities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience in the Property Management industry required
• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in at least one the designated market being covered and willing to obtain license in any markets not currently licensed in.
• Current and valid driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and people skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; as well as with prospect and resident management systems is required
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to consistently meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated

Additional Information. The role will require:

• Regular typing, talking, hearing, seeing, reaching, and repetitive motion.

• Routine use of standard office equipment and computers
• Travel to our properties in your region, and may involve light physical demands such as bending, walking, kneeling, stretching
• That all duties are performed in a professional and safe manner
• Standard workdays are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend overtime hours
