Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, to address various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, maintaining a goal-oriented focus.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a valid and fully active LMFT license in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage, a retirement plan, and paid time off. Our therapists also have the opportunity to participate in an annual bonus program based on performance metrics.
