RN Nurse Manager - Peri Anesthesia and GI Lab

Job Summary RN Nurse Manager of our Peri Anesthesia and GI Lab within Ambulatory Services at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. This full‑time leadership role involves working directly with physicians, the perioperative management team, staff, and the business office to ensure all aspects of PreOp, Same Day Surgery (SDS), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and GI Lab meet and exceed standards. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Business Manager to manage and maintain PreOp, SDS, PACU, and GI Lab billing systems. Perform ongoing analysis, monitoring, and strategy development. Respond proactively to changes that could affect organizational performance and clinical outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing California Registered Nurse License (upon hire) National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire) 5 years of healthcare management‑leadership experience, preferably including 3 years recent experience in perioperative services Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in a related field Benefits Competitive compensation including eligibility for the Leader Annual Incentive Program Leader Time‑Off Program Our benefits package includes a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching; comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; paid parental leave, vacations, holidays, and health‑related time off; voluntary benefits; well‑being resources; and additional shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities as applicable.
