Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses for individuals and families, developing tailored treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.

  • Maintain a manageable caseload of 25 to 30 clients per week, engaging in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms as needed.

  • Document ongoing treatment plans and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to organizational policies.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff to ensure coordinated care for clients and to fill any service gaps within the community.

  • Demonstrate creativity in developing therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve their goals and promote positive life changes.

  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients and their families, ensuring that their experience with our services is supportive and constructive.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with children, adolescents, couples, and families from varied backgrounds, addressing issues such as relationship challenges, behavioral disorders, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

  • Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, demonstrating professionalism at all times.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience with mental health documentation practices, including Completing DAs, treatment plans, and case notes.

  • Prior experience in therapy involving children, adolescents, couples, and families is preferred.

  • General knowledge of community resources and the ability to navigate fee collections at the time of service.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Annual salary of $90,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
