Role Overview: This full-time night RN position in the Surgical Specialties Unit involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity MedSurg environment. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-tier care, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality standards. Qualifications: Must have a state RN license, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Knowledge of evidence-based care models and specialty certifications is advantageous.
