This is a pure 180-delivery role focused on the most in-demand verticals in the current market: AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering. The firm currently has over 20 exclusive openings that have landed in the last few days alone, with a massive pipeline of upcoming work. This role is designed for a delivery powerhouse—someone who wants to move away from business development and focus entirely on sourcing and closing elite talent for a high volume of exclusive roles. The Role Specialized Delivery: Source, headhunt, and qualify top-tier candidates within the AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Data Science spaces for contract positions. 180 Focus: Pure candidate-side recruiting; the business is already won and the requisitions are exclusive. Contract & Direct Hire: While the desk is contract-heavy, you will also handle high-value direct-hire placements. High Performance: The firm is looking for individuals with the drive and capability to bill $1M+ in Gross Profit annually. The Ideal Profile Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of professional recruiting experience within the IT staffing space. Stability: A proven track record of tenure.
