WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in the showroom and on the lot
• Help customers find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle and budget
• Deliver exciting vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and personalized service
• Generate new business through phone calls, networking, referrals, and social media marketing
• Represent C. A. Russell Ford with professionalism both online and in the community
• Crush monthly sales goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience from start to finish

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Automotive sales experience is a plus — but we can train the right person with the right attitude
• Self-starters who are hungry, motivated, and ready to hustle
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence using technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Team players with a professional appearance and positive mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
