Implement Labs strategy consistent with R&D process and frameworks. Provide learning and development opportunities by sharing Subject Matter Expertise in agile methodologies, processes, and tools. Anticipate, assess, and mitigate issues, coordinating across teams as a single point of contact as necessary and escalate when necessary. Define, organize, guide, coordinate, monitor and execute the work effort to deliver new products, services and methods to business customers within defined constraints for time, cost, quality/scope as defined by the Product Owner or business partner, typically in the form of a release plan. Accurately forecast time, resource needs and work estimate for required work; assist in breaking down project objectives into executable tasks. Effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams mitigate risks and solve problems in order to meet business commitments. Regularly update leadership on progress and status of assigned projects and ensure sprint goals and quarterly objectives are successfully met. Oversee and manage the assignment and completion of staff projects, task, and duties. Apply project management skills to perform ongoing review of program status; identify risks along with mitigation plans. Document program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, and successes to maintain program course. Be able to communicate effectively to a wide range of people (including presentations/meetings), including effective and timely escalation when necessary. Articulate the outputs of the project and team for a variety of audiences. Close the project, evaluate project success, document lessons learned and release project resources in the spirit of continuous improvement. Experienced in the full range of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) methodologies for all phases and processes and instructed and consulted with both project team members and the client in their use. Experienced in project management, planning and control aspects of the methodology.
