Marketing Operations Manager (Pardot Administrator)

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who brings strong operational instincts and the technical know-how to back them up. This is a hands-on role centered on running the day-to-day systems, processes, and workflows that keep our marketing engine running — with the ability to roll up your sleeves and configure, implement, and troubleshoot the tools that support it. You will be the go-to person for our marketing tech stack — including Pardot, Google Analytics 4, and 6sense — and will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, to ensure our processes are efficient, our data is reliable, and our programs are executing without friction.

As AI continues to reshape how marketing teams operate, you will also play an active role in identifying, testing, and operationalizing AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and output. This role requires someone who is genuinely comfortable with ambiguity — a creative problem solver who can move forward without having all the answers and adapt quickly as priorities and tools evolve.
