Injection Molding Line Technician

Location: Mukwonago, WI 53149

Employment Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Your day-to-day

You clock in, gear up, and take ownership of a production cell with three to four injection molding machines. You load plastic material, keep an eye on cycle times and alarms, and move between presses to keep parts flowing. As parts come off the line, you examine them closely for flashing or other defects, removing anything that doesn’t meet spec and notifying your supervisor if you see trends or issues.

Quality checks are part of your rhythm: you run a Leak Test to confirm lids don’t drip, and a Lift Test to ensure lids open properly and hold up to use. You maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow all safety procedures so the team can perform at its best.

Schedule & pay

• 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3): alternating days off; weekends may be included
• Night Shift: 6:20 PM – 6:30 AM
• Pay: $20.35 per hour
