Certified Nursing Assistant

Lebanon Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lebanon, NH, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our resident-centered care team. CNAs provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding; taking and recording vital signs; observing and reporting changes in condition; and supporting residents’ emotional and social needs. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and therapists in a supportive, team-focused environment that values respect, communication, and continuous learning.
