We offer rotating equipment repairs with pump emphasis, field services and supervision, replacement parts, general machining, welding and fabrication, dynamic balancing, and laser alignment across power generation, steel, refining, pulp & paper, water and wastewater, and general industries.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manually controlled machines based on part configuration.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations.
• Read and follow blueprints or original components to manufacture new parts.
• Regularly clean machinery and equipment as needed

Qualifications

• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
• Able to complete tasks in a fast-paced job shop environment
• Excellent attendance required
• Schedule: Full-time; 10 hour; 1st shift; M-F. Saturdays are typically a morning shift.
• Additional overtime as required. Candidate must be able to reliably commute to Twinsburg, OH 44087
