Millwright – Industrial Maintenance & Equipment InstallationWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Millwright to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanical professional who enjoys installing equipment, solving machinery problems, and keeping a fast-paced production operation running safely and efficiently. The Millwright will be responsible for the installation, setup, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of production and facility equipment, with a strong focus on bagging machinery and production line equipment.What You'll DoInstall, set up, commission, dismantle, and overhaul industrial machinery and production equipmentInstall new equipment and modify existing production linesTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipmentPerform machinery alignment, leveling, equipment startup, and commissioningDiagnose equipment breakdowns and restore production safely and efficientlyRepair and rebuild motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and related equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspectionsComplete repairs and corrective actions through the work order system in a timely mannerIdentify and recommend equipment improvements that increase reliability, productivity, and efficiencyRead and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manualsWork closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support safe and efficient manufacturing operationsQualifications5+ years of experience in industrial equipment installation, millwright work, machinery setup, or manufacturing equipment maintenanceStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skillsExperience working with motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematicsAbility to diagnose equipment problems and make informed decisionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a teamSelf-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and qualityAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking manufacturing environmentAbility to lift 50+ lbs.Lift truck/forklift operating experience requiredAbility to work shift work as requiredWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a manufacturing and warehouse environment supporting a 24-hour, 7-day operation.
