IDEAL: Remote Worker, Must be able to lift 25lbs, up and down stairs. Please have a photo in your profile and a non-AI generated bio. Job Timeline, September 9th to September 25th. (17 Days Total). Again on February 19th to February 22th (4 Days). Additional times may come up. I am looking to do Trial Runs in August (12th to 14th and 19th to 24th). I'm looking for a responsible and reliable house sitter to take care of my home in Colfax, California. The position involves a few essential tasks to keep everything running smoothly while I'm away. You will be responsible for the care of 2 French Bulldogs and 1 outdoor cat. PETS Feeding: Twice daily at 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM. Dry food in the morning and prepared meals in the afternoon. Playtime: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Flexible. Fetch and tug a war. Walk: 4:30 PM. Walk to the mailbox and back ~45 min. TRASH Schedule: Taken out Tuesdays to be set by 8AM. PLANT WATERING Indoors: Twice a week, Outdoor: Not needed, on automatic Irrigation. MITIGATION Power Shut Off : Turn off breakers to non-essentials Resetting Electric Charging MAIL This will be on pause and collected by owners. COMMUNICATION Expecting morning and afternoon updates on pets. How did the walk go, behaviors, health, eating habits, etc. Keep the communication line open. Visitors: If this occurs, know when to contact us or when just to take a note and leave on the console table. ABOUT THE HOME The home is situated on 2 private acres and provides many amenities. High speed internet with 2 work stations (Ideal for work from home sitters). Fire pit (when allowed) for stargazing. Hot tub (cool nights), large deck (outdoor dining seating), patio (outdoor lounge seating), vegetable garden (pick some veggies), solar roof (energy that will keep supporting the home), EV Charging (Tesla and Standard Electric), Mountain bikes, kayaks and more.
