Job TitleMinimally Required Deliverables/TasksProviding IT support for the.Net systems;Providing services for the Multi Language Translation (MLT) framework;Providing design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy;Developing enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features;Using a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers;Providing expertise regarding the integration of applications across Commerce;Determining specifications, then planning, designing, and developing the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes—either individually or in concert with a project team;Assisting in the most difficult support problems;Developing programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse;Understanding and consistently applying the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies;Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to Comerce;Conducting code reviews as requested;Providing support for Issues and Adjudication framework, appeals, State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES), batches, correspondences, fact findings templates, and claims process;Acting as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines, both internally and externally;Acting as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent;Developing and maintaining Azure Dev Ops (ADO) such as build/release automation, branching/merging strategies, roles and permissions, custom task creation, Azure Dev Ops, and build definitions Visual Studio Online/Extensible Application Markup Language (VSO/XAML); andParticipating in the Technical Change Control Board activities, which include code refactoring, design reviews and Read Only Memory (ROM) estimate for projects and enhancements.Staff Qualifications and Performance CriteriaContractor and/or Contractor’s Staff assigned to this Contract shall have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience;A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in design and/or development experience with.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture;Strong background in object-oriented development techniques;Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server);Experience with SQL tuning;Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops);Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;Experience as an expert/lead technical role;Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments;An in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs;Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;Experience with support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues;Experience with assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements;Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities;Experience with setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment;A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with.Net 4.5 and higher;A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with Visual Studio 2015 or higher; andExperience in writing technical documentation;A minimum of ten (10) years of experience with .NET 8.0, ASP.NET MVC Razor pages for developing dynamic web applications;Experience in Bootstrap, jQuery and other mobile friendly interfaces for responsive UI;Experience with Angular JS to create interactive and data driven applications;Experience with NLog for application logging and IText for generating pdf documents;Knowledge of ADA compliance requirements and experience with tools/techniques for ensuring web accessibility.Experience in Oracle Database management and TSQL for data manipulation and retrieval;Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment, and Azure App Services for deploying cloud-native applications;Ability to implement analytics solutions and use Redis and Elastic Search for distributed caching to enhance application speed and reliability;Experience in using wireframe software to create prototype.Required Skills: ASP.NET.
