Recruiting Coordinator – HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Work Arrangement: Onsite Shift: 1st Shift Contract: 12 Months, with possible extension Pay Rate: $30.00/hour on W2 Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting, hiring, and HR operations in a high-volume environment. This position will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, talent acquisition support, or a related HR function. Experience supporting hiring within a manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or other high-volume environment is highly preferred. This role will focus on recruiting operations, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding support, ATS administration, and maintaining accurate recruiting records. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day recruiting and hiring activities for professional and operational positions. Review candidate applications and resumes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Screen resumes against established job requirements and hiring criteria. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, interest, and availability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Manage interview logistics, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within recruiting systems. Support recruiters and HR team members with high-volume recruiting activities. Candidate & Onboarding Support Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process. Communicate interview details, next steps, status updates, and required documentation. Support candidate onboarding and pre-employment activities. Assist with offer documentation and offer-related communications. Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of hiring requirements. Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with onsite HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers to coordinate hiring activities. Provide regular updates regarding candidate status and recruiting milestones. Maintain confidential candidate and employee information. Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as needed. Support recruiting process improvements and operational efficiency. Ensure recruiting activities are completed accurately and within established timelines. Required Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, Talent Acquisition Support, HR Administration, or a related field. Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screenings. Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring activities. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with HR and recruiting teams. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial hiring. Experience supporting corporate or professional-level recruiting. Experience with candidate onboarding and pre-employment processes. Experience preparing or coordinating employment offer documentation. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other recruiting technologies.
