Java Back-End Developer

Salary: $88,000 - 126,000 per year Requirements: 10 years of progressive industry experience as a Java/J2EE developer or lead
Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, management information systems, computer information systems, or a related field
5 years of experience in a Scaled Agile environment, including leading daily Agile routines and estimating stories with minimal direction
Experience with Core Java, Java microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and MySQL
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes; Kubernetes and OpenShift are listed as preferred skills
Expertise in complex SQL and query plans
Experience with enterprise DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
Working knowledge of GitHub or Bitbucket
Secondary skills include J2EE, application architecture, and application security
Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and develop enterprise applications using Agile methodologies
Design, build, and maintain REST-based API platforms in high-volume environments
Work closely with product partners to onboard new functional requirements into the system
Lead daily Agile routines and estimate stories
Participate in code reviews and daily Scrum meetings
