Coachability and a genuine desire to learn and grow. Ability to build strong rapport while maintaining firm professional boundaries. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree completed or currently in progress (Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, etc.).
