Your Mission: Sell, Lead & Elevate the Shopping Experience Act as a personal stylist – curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best. Engage in the fitting room – provide hands-on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try-ons into purchases. Lead by example – set the tone with high-energy selling, exceeding personal sales goals, and driving the team toward success. Motivate & inspire – keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture. Prove that you can deliver top results! Compensation The base hourly range for this position is $23-$26. Full Time expected annual earnings of $45,000-$60,000 (hourly plus bonus). Keep in mind that the actual offer will depend on things like your experience, and performance — so in some cases, it might be a little higher than the range listed here.
