No experience? That's okay. We're willing to train the right person. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
Applicants with a CDL will receive priority consideration.
What You'll Do- Work with a crew installing underground utility infrastructure, including fiber optic, electric, water, and other utility systems.
- Drive commercial vehicles and transport equipment to job sites (CDL preferred) .
- Load, unload, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment.
- Operate construction equipment after training, when qualified.
- Help complete projects safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship.
- Travel to project sites throughout the region as needed.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as part of a team.
- Follow company safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Takes pride in producing quality work.
- Enjoys working outdoors and staying physically active.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Prioritizes safety.
- Willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Construction, underground utility, directional drilling, excavation, or heavy equipment experience.
- Experience towing trailers or hauling equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
