Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Construction / Commercial Plumber to support our commercial and new construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of precision, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced job site environment.
What You’ll Do:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and construction settings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Install water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and fixtures
Work alongside contractors, project managers, and other trades to meet deadlines
Test systems for leaks and proper function using industry tools and equipment
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations
Troubleshoot issues quickly to avoid project delays
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used Support and mentor apprentices or helpers on-site
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2+ years of commercial or construction plumbing experience
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
Solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Team player with good communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with large-scale commercial projects
Leadership or foreman experience
Certifications in specialized areas (backflow, medical gas, etc.)
