Provide nursing care in a stepdown unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team members. Educate patients and families on care plans. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
