Production Specialist - Sign and Graphics Solutions

We’re looking for a Production Specialist who takes real pride in their craft and is ready to play a foundational role in a growing, full-service sign and graphics operation. This isn’t a role where you clock in, run a job, and clock out. You’ll be a core part of a small, capable team, working directly with ownership in the early stage of our business, which means your habits, your standards, and your initiative will help shape how our shop runs. The work is varied and hands‑on: production and finishing in the shop, installs in the field. You’ll be operating equipment, preparing substrates, finishing printed pieces, and getting them out the door, then turning around and installing signage/graphics or applying vehicle graphics.
