Senior Contracts Management Analyst - Commercial

Senior Contracts Management Analyst (Commercial) Interim to Hire We are partnering with our client to identify a Senior Contracts Management Analyst (SCMA) to support the Legal team and key business stakeholders. This role will focus on drafting, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial contracts across the U.S. and Canada, with exposure to global markets. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including: Master services agreements (MSAs), SOWs, amendments Sales, distributor, and licensing agreements Real estate (leases, construction-related) contracts Provide clear, practical guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and process Serve as a go‑to contracting resource across functions (Legal, Sales, HR, Operations, etc.) Own contracts end-to-end—from intake through execution and compliance Identify and mitigate contractual risk; elevate issues as needed Drive process improvements across contracting tools, templates, and clause libraries Support reporting and analysis of contract data and metrics Lead or support broader legal/contracting initiatives and projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts Strong knowledge of contract structures, legal language, and risk mitigation Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred In‑house experience Consumer products or retail industry background Experience building or improving a commercial contracting playbook Familiarity with CLM tools (ContractPod strongly preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders Sound judgment and problem‑solving in ambiguous situations Highly organized, self‑directed, and deadline‑driven #J-18808-Ljbffr Ports North
