Responsabilidades e Atribuições: Atendimento ao cliente por e-mail, chat e demais canais adotados pela empresa;
Explicar soluções de forma clara.
Análise e resolução de problemas simples.
Analisar logs, integrações e configurações.
Documentar solução aplicada.
Encaminhamento de problemas complexos para os setores responsáveis.
Resolver demandas dentro do SLA .
Contribuir com sugestões de melhorias dos processos e produtos, visando melhorar a execução das atividades dos atendentes e também a experiência dos clientes.
Requisitos:
Nível técnico ou superior em áreas Ligadas a Tecnologia e Comunicação (concluído ou em andamento).
Experiência com sistemas de tickets (ex: HubSpot , Zendesk , Freshdesk ).
Boa comunicação oral e escrita.
Flexibilidade para lidar com as mais diversas situações.
Capacidade para conduzir situações sob a perspectiva do cliente.
Gestão de tempo e prioridade.
Espírito de colaboração, protagonismo, curiosidade e respeito às diferenças.
Será considerado um diferencial:
Experiência com e-commerce.
Experiência com atendimento ao cliente via email e chat.
