Job Description
The ideal candidate combines strong creative design skills with technical expertise, including furniture specifications, space planning, budgeting, code compliance, and multi-manufacturer product knowledge. Develop detailed layouts that maximize functionality, circulation, and aesthetics. Ensure designs meet applicable ADA, accessibility, egress, and other code requirements. Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate ancillary packages with architectural, interior design, facilities, and project teams. Identify potential design, budget, and installation issues before orders are placed.
