Hours: 8am - 5pm

We're seeking a hands-on shipping manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of three employees. This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, ERP system management, and ensuring accurate product labeling.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a small warehouse team.
  • Manage shipping and receiving operations.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and maintain inventory using an ERP system.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and shipping documentation.
  • Oversee loading, unloading, and material handling activities.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in warehouse shipping and receiving.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and labeling requirements.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
