Now Hiring: Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist Waynesburg, PA (Onsite) Cullerton Group is partnering with a leading manufacturer serving the oil & gas industry to hire an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the plant floor, partnering with operations, and driving a strong safety culture while ensuring regulatory compliance. What You'll Do: Lead OSHA and environmental compliance programs Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations Develop and deliver employee safety training Drive continuous improvement in plant safety and environmental performance Partner with operations and leadership to maintain a safe, compliant manufacturing environment Ideal Background: Manufacturing or industrial EHS experience OSHA and EPA regulatory knowledge Experience with audits, investigations, and corrective actions Strong communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with competitive compensation, bonus potential, and an excellent benefits package. #EHS #EnvironmentalHealthAndSafety #Safety #Manufacturing #IndustrialSafety #OSHA #EnvironmentalCompliance #Hiring #PennsylvaniaJobs #OilAndGas #Careers #CullertonGroup #J-18808-Ljbffr
